The rumors says many things about ginger. Like it's good if your joints hurts. I was trying yoga!.. And what happens then a stone like me try to do yoga. Yes right..
Either way I did a cup of warm milk(feels Like I have wroten it before) with ginger and went to bed for a good night sleep and today it doesn't feel so bad actually. But it was a couple of days ago It felt in the legs after streching, like it can do either way, so I don't say that ginger is a
ohh magic thing but with good sleep, rest and the time it maybe helped a bit with ginger too. Ginger has a sharp taste though.
